Study permit can be changed?

I just received one offer for studying PgD in Edmonton.
I am also waiting for the result of masters from Vancouver.

Should I now pay the tuition and apply for the SP?
can SP be changed to a different course?

or I should wait until April for all other offers?

Do you not currently have a SPalready? You would need to extend your SP.

I am aware that you have applied for a Study Permit Extension ?
Why? for that 90 days of PGWP?
Do you have an internship after completing the course? what is your end day of Study Permit initially? the day after your completed the program?

No it shouldn’t. The choice of course does certainly make a difference on whether study permit is approved. If you are waiting for your masters results from Vancouver weren’t you already on a study permit?

i mean:
1) I receive the offer from a Post-grad course in Edmonton. I could take it and apply for the Study permit (SP is not applied and received)
2) I am still waiting for the result of master applications from some university in Vancouver.

I have no SP at this moment.
Just not sure should I apply it right now (coz it would take 8 weeks ...)

How did you get a masters from a school in Vancouver and why don’t you know the name of the school you attended?

Hello dear,
So since you have a an offer in Edmonton it is ok to apply for sp now and wait for your study permit and your results from Vancouver because you are not sure you will get approved for your master in Vancouver. When you get your student permit you can still change school but you have to let the. Immigration know so that the school do not report you and it can effect your other application.

you mean I have to notice the local CA officer in advance or the border officer in CA when I arrived?

Wait, the school could report me for what? ...
for, if, I never show up for the Edmonton course, they will report me to cic?

You don’t need to apply to change your study permit if you are changing schools.
Post-secondary studies include:

You can always change your course or school without any hassle. You should do well to update your Gckey online account via IRCC website to the new DLI number of the school. However, before intiating, endeavour to carry your school alone.

Changed my course for a while.
I stopped it and wanted to another one.
