My study permit was approved and I’ll be landing at Toronto Pearson on august 16th, at 2:00 a.m. Will that be problem? Do they issue study permits 24/7? Anyone else has experience landing late at night?

CBSA and Immigration Desk operates 24/7 for Inbound passengers. You will be issued your SP anytime provided you meet all requirement

Grab a coffee onboard the flight before it lands, so that you can be awake and alert to answer questions. :). You'll be fine, don't worry.

Book an AirBNB for a week. Then once you've landed in Canada hunt for basements that are being rented out to students. Move to a better place after 6 months or so. Kijiji and Facebook Marketplace are the best for searching accomodation options.

You can also opt for student housing for the first 3-6 months if you have the money.
