Study Permit Approved Online but...

I applied my study permit online and it was approved online a month ago but I still haven't received a letter of introduction..

They did not ask for my passport or any other documents.

Is this normal??

how did you know your study permit has been approved? normally, in online there is messages. You check and there will be the request for passport. Else, I suggest you contact canada immigration.

Yes, it is normal for some people. In my case, they didnt ask any document and passport. Then you can study.

Hi. I had the same issue. but it did not last for a month though. Because i sent several emails to where my application was processed. explaining my issue, and also used the specific case enquiry form. I'm not sure which one worked, but i got the passport request and letter of introduction email about few days after. Try doing that. I hope you haven't missed your resumption date.

Thanks! I will start contacting them on Monday if I still haven't received anything as it has not yet exceeded the 5 weeks processing time yet. Hopefully they do something before Monday...
