Hi everyone.
I just had my study permit approved yesterday but I am considering postponing my semester from start in June to start in October.
However, in my IMM1294e I stated, that my duration of expected study would be from June and 4 months forward. Furthermore, in my Study Permit approval letter, it says I have to enter no later than 15th of December. Question is now, if the actual Study Permit and its "start date" would be the moment I arrive at the Border in Canada? And if that is the case - do I need to inform them of my change of plans and would I need to update my Letter of Acceptance and my other documents when I initially applied with - which I am taking with me once going?
Kind regards,
Andreas
