Study permit approval after two rejects .... Please share your experience

Hi guys.
Just wanted to know if anyone has been approved for study permit after two rejects.
I have already requested my caips notes. Yet, meantime I would like to know if I still have any chances.
I will post different thread duly once I get my caips notes.

I can't believe that there isn't anyone who got approved after two rejects.

I am sure we have many of such members. Sometimes disappointment will not make them happy to share such information. But that is not a way to get over failure. Open up & let put heads together.
