I have travelled to Canada on visit 4 times during the past years with my family, in addition to other countries.

Oh God. Means still this not helped. Today I seen one thread in which a person applied from UAE and rejected but when he applied from Pakistan he approved. The thing is abu dhabi visa office is so conscious that we are not uae permanent residence. They think we are temporary residents and they reject our visas

InshaAllah u will get this time. Prays for u. We applied on 10 sep and Biometrics done on 14 sep. Before I studied master degree in health and safety from Italy on study visa 2016. Since 2017 working in dubai as engr. My spouse studied in UK 2010 and working here since 8 years as engr. We applied together.

Personal assets and financial status in first refusal. Are u working? Ur salary account statement, house tenancy contract, dewa bills , vehicle ownership certificate. Something u missed in financial document and something u missed in ties.

My spouse studied in UK in 2010. Later he refused 2 time in applications, 2 time in appeals 2 time in judicial review and finally he opened cased in court against UK border agency and then he got study visa again but he refused to go and withdrawn application because he got Job in Dubai. The court case was very expensive if he hire lawyer or consultant. he did all alone and won the case..never lose hope. My all visa file he prepared including LOE

Somethings terribly wrong in that AUH office. So many great profiles get rejected just for the lame reason of temporary residence.
