yar today i got an e-mail from the CHC tht my application has been finalized and documents would be returned in the coming days..S
Wht does this mean.. I got the visa or not? This is really making me nervous.. Plz pray for me guys :

@tzmari.. yaar i guess thats a positive sign.. tel me ur time line man.. i am sure itx visa offcourse.. did u mail them or something .. coming days means that u will get ur passport till saturday or even before that inshalla and confirm before next wednesday.. my wishes r with u.. do mention ur time line bcoz i dont know when did u apply...

@ afridi yes bro tht is a positive sign.. I e-mailed them last nite and got this reply.. Actually Sab also got a similar e-mail and he got his visa few days after he received a similar e-mail.. I applied on 25th Feb.. Got medical call on 6th May and medicals done on 9th may.. Pp sent back on 11th may... Plz pray for me.. I m still unsure abt the decision.. But INSHALLAH it will be the visa.. i have full faith in ALLAH..

Bro thnk u so much... Yar I dont knw wht is going on within the CHC Isbd.. U applied before me and u shud have got the visa earlier but i m unaware of their working.. I even got this information tht CHC ppl were nt working properly between Feb to April.. InshALLAH u shud have faith in ALLAH.. U will get the visa..Its the security clearance, may be which I remember u told me regarding ur travel history.. They put each case under the microscope.. I guess tht z y it z taking so long in ur case..
I e-mailed them my name, file number, DOB, PP numbr and the body of my e-mail was " I wish to know the status of my Study permit application for which I shall remain grateful" jst one line thts it.. I got a reply today.. But I m still uncertain abt their decision.. May ALLAH help me..

well i dont know yaar.. i am not son of osama bin ladin.. i dont know y r they taking soooooo long in that.. and i mailed them and faxed them but they never reply me man..that really sucks .. at least that shud tell me that yes ur damn application is under process and u will get the reply in this much time or something lyk that.. i dont know man.. i am jux messed up..

and as far as ur case is concerned i am pretty sure infact damn damn sure that u will get ur visa man..i can sense that ur case is quite strong and the reason u got late medical was that they were not that active during those months so the sooner they got active they sent u medical and now ur case is crsystal clear so givin u visa.. Good luck and dont forget me in ur prayers as well becoz i really need them...

Bro InshALLAH u will get ur visa.. I'll pray for u... InshALLAH u have a bright future ahead, u r deserving.. Dont lose hope.. If they are nt replying, its ok.. U just wait.. They r quite unprofessional I guess.. I have gone thru the whole dilemma of waiting and waiting.. i can understand ur pain and stress.. This visa processong is a strenuous task.. V Pakistanis are subjected to this extra scrutiny.. Visas in India are processed faster.. I dont knw y they do this to us.. But v shud have faith in ALLAH.. He will help us so dun worry

well i hope so man.. inshallah.. i dont know about the rational behavior.. in india the process is way too fast man.. the process is even slower for KPK students .. i dont y they feel that every pakhtoon is a terrorist..lolz.. inshallah good time will come and keep us updated wt ever happens to ur case.. i will pray for u for sure inshallah.. and i am cent percent sureabout ur case man.. they are jux waiting for the sticker to come and paste it on ur passport.. inshallah..

yes u r right that v hav.. and now when some one ask me about study visa i use to tell them alot of things on my finger tips..lolz. but itx the most hectic job man.. its been a long wait for u as well man.. but thanks God that at least u got a positive reply from them.. wt do u think man shud i mail them or not.. i mailed and faxed them on 27may.. but no response .. that was my second mail after 4th of may.. but i didnt get any message as yet.. wt do u suggest...

haha thnx bro.. Yes yara I'll surely keep u and all on this forum updated.. No yar, dnt say so abt pukhtuns.. I have many pukhtun frnds.. U ppl r blue blooded wid a big heart and hospitable nature.. They cannot term pukhtuns as terrorists..Whosoever has got admitted in Canadian universities and has funds to study there and z deserving enough to go there and study will get d visa.. U r surely deserving and without any valid reason they cannot discriminate any1.. InshALLAH v will get our Visas..

Bro I wud suggest u to call them on their landline numbers.. Quote them ur file number.. Quote ur timeline and also abt the phone call u recieved last time.. u have tried much thru e-mail and fax... Its now time u shud talk to them.. I would strongly recommend u this.. Get the numbers from the Fedex or TCS office from where u last sent ur passport..

yaar i have called them but they transfer u to a voice mail aur wo phir wahee procedure batana shoru kar daitay hai that v dont entertain phone calls. email on this email address with ur file number passport no bla bla .. itx not possible to talk to them on phone.. the only way is fax and email...
