Well, I am following spouse sponsorship forum for quite a long time, people over there have been sending emails and letters to ministers and MPs. I applied for my wife last year and I am here to follow up for my brother's student visa... I suggest you to send email to immigration minister and prime minister.

immigration minister (Kutta Kenney): minister @ cic.gc.ca, kennej @ parl.gc.ca
Prime minister: pm @ pm.gc.ca

Well i have emailed to all these three personnels so lets hope for the best.. i know nothing will happen but lets just hope.. i am also planning to fax CHC isbd tomorrow..hope that will help..

Afridi, you should fax CHC-Islamabad or send an inquiry email on Monday evening... Those lazy f*cks usually reply to emails on Tuesday...

Afridi, I can feel your pain... Update from my side on my brother's case... It will be 2 months on April 6 since he sent his student visa application to CHC-Islamabad. With some source, I had to contact my local MP and she made an inquiry @ CHC-Islamabad... At first, they said that we dont have you in the system, but today she called again and got a response that, those lazy f*cks create a file and put everything in the system after 3 months...

So basically, whatever correspondence you sent to those lazy f*cks, they just sit in their mail room and after 3 months they put it in the system...

Statistics show that they are processing Visit visas and Student visas in 5 months...

The reason is simple... All Pakistanis are terrorists in the eyes of Canadian officials. They are delaying our cases intentionally and there is nothing we can do about it...

They don`t want Pakistanis to come to Canada...

Welcome to the club ZIMMER... You have gone through most of the waiting game, you might hear something from those lazy f*cks in June... They are taking approximately 5 months to process visit and student visas...
