@afridi2482 From where have u done ur Bachelor's in Petroleum Engineering? I am going to the University of Regina for BASc program of Petroleum Systems Engineering.. Do keep in touch bro.. We r in the same field and U r my Senior.. I've heard tht the Petroleum Industry of Canada is based in Calgary.. So thumbs up for selecting the university of calgary.. Ya man i got admission in univ of alberta as well but preferred calgary bcoz alberta is not offering degree in Reservoir Characterization... secondly my batchmate is also in univ of calgary so tht wud help as wel.. ya calgary is the largest in tht aspect.. univ of Regina is also a very reputed univ... No final call.. jux waiting for visa after medical.. hw abt ya????

Guys, did you submit a police certificate to CHC Islamabad for your study permit application? I realized that I did not submit that. Please respond immediately.

offcourse we did.. infact u have to submit it for all those place where u have lived more than six months i guess.. but its not a problem.. when u get ur medical call tho ussi tym banwa lena and then submit it along with ur medical... so jux chill baba...

yes, we submitted it. Without police clearance, your file is incomplete. You may ask them about how to submit it now. As afridi said, that they will ask you with your medical call. If not, still you have to submit it.

Lionheart.... as far as i know muje kisi nai bataya k police certificate is valid for one month now.. before when i made it, it was valid for 6 months.. anyhow u better ask at ur place.. police certificate 2 din ka kaam hai.. jux find someone in police.. where are u from???

@lionheart Bro, how could u forget the police clearance certificate? I guess the TCS/Fedex ppl check ur documents and then send ur application.. They didnt tell u while u were submitting ur documents tht u require a Police clearance.. Anyways the CHC will still ask u fr a police clearance when u get ur medical call InshALLAH.. so dun worry..

tzmari.. umm well good luck man.. inshallah all will get it soon and its jux tht v guys need a start.. they are late purposely and wts the purpose i dont know..but itx not that they are lazy or something but i am sure there are some issues thats y v all are late ... so lets hope for the best ...

I applied for May semester but I guess I will be putting a deferral request now (as I have not received the visa yet).

hello guys... i applioed on 17th feb 2011 and today i got a medical request from the embassy plus another letter which stated that i should defer my course to the next earliest semester. i wanted to know that from where do i get my medicals done??

They have already spent 75 days on your case. Logically they should issue you the visa in a week for this semester. It is non-sense that they are intentionally delaying cases to the next term.
