Ok I'm new to this forum and have gone through pages and pages of posts. My case is slightly, if not completely different from the rest of the posts. I have applied for a study permit to pursue a Professional Pilot Course in Harv's Air Service, MB, which lasts for a year. This is neither a university, nor is it a graduate course. The qualification required for this is just a class 12th pass with Science. My profile is as below:
Class 10: 74%
Class 12 (Science): 59.4%
U.G.: BBA (Finance) with 66%
IELTS (GT): 7.5
I have seen many posts that says visa has been rejected because they believe they wouldn't leave Canada after their studies. On what basis do they arrive at this conclusion? I applied for the visa through VFS, Bangalore on 29th July for November entry, and is still under processing. I haven't provided any proof that I would return to India after the course. Will this hamper my chances of getting a visa?
