Bro I’m not an ircc agent just telling the facts i know, normal processing is normal processing it’s simple as that, 2 stage processing involves AIP, which they issue due to lack of documents or maybe other reasons but that facts 2 stage processing is slower than normal processing.

It shouldn’t but you should inform IRCC about new LOA
