I am an undergraduate student at york univeristy since 2012, since then I have been a full time student with an average academic record. Just last year in 2015 i couldnt perform well academically due to severe mental health problems and i was required to withdraw from the university for a year with the option to resume my education later. During that time I also lost my passport and my valid TRV along with my study permit, I thought it was best to go back home to Pakistan and spend the year with family to pass the time i was required to withdraw for and then re-apply for the student visa once i had re-activated my academic record. I wouldn't have been able to apply for a renewal of the visa because i wouldnt have been able to show the embassy that i am an active student at my university until july 2016.
In july 2016 I had the enrollment letter from the univeristy in my hands and all other documents needed that were needed for me to re-apply form scratch. I handed in my application on the 1st of july and got the refusal 2 months later with the reasons stating as follows:
1- purpose of visit
2- current employment situation
3- employment prospect
I am thinking of re applying for my visa so i am able to return to canada and resume my education and complete my degree, what would you guys suggest i should change about my application this time when i apply to make my case stronger?
