Hello everyone,
I need your help. I am going to study at Humber College in September. Although I have a Multiple/V1 Visitor until 2022, I don't have a study permit. As you all know, you need a study permit to be a student in Canada.

1- Does the Canadian Immigration Office give me a study permit at the airport? Or should I apply for a study permit from here(Turkey)?

2- Although my school started in September, I want to go to Canada for 3 months ago. Do I have a problem entering Canada? Can I get a work permit 3 months in advance?

1. No. You need to apply from your country.

2. CBSA may not allow you to enter that early. No, you can't get a work permit. If you work before you start studying, it will be illegal.

Generally not advisable to enter Canada more than 4 weeks before classes start. There is no firm rule just that the earlier you try to enter the more questions to expect from CBSA about being able to support self without working which you are not allowed to do until classes start and then only 20 hours per week.
