Study Permit and Atlantic Immigration Pilot

Hi, I would appreciate any guidance.

I applied for an extension of my Study Permit, so the application is running. 2 weeks later I received a Job offer to apply for the Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program and now I'm waiting for the endorsement process.

I'm wondering if there is no problem or risk of clash between both applications.

scylla, just re-iterating here a bit..

1. if somebody is a student (like not on extension but during mid semester),can they apply for aipp-endorsement, or aipp-wp and aipp-pr?
2. Also, if we reverse it, can SP be applied once the applicant has their endorsmement/wp-aipp or pr-aipp in process? Please.
