I got an offer to pursue a Master in Artificial Intelligence, I applied for my study permit in 5th of August from Saudi Arabia. But to be honest I didn't add an explanation letter with my application as it was not listed in the attachements list.
Is it mandatory? If yes, Can I add it to my ongoing application?
