I am on PGWP open work permit extension issued on may 2023 (spousal PR application in process).
My wp extension has a condition "Unless authorized, Prohibited from attending any education institution, or taking any academic, Professional or vocational training course,
However, as per the new policy a work permit holder can study full time if they have work permit issued on or before June 07, 2023, I am eligible to study full time course in Canada.
my question is Can I Still apply for study despite the condition mentioned in Work permit?
The college is not letting me to apply based on the above condition mentioned in wp.
