I have the ambition to complete the PHD in Chemical Engineering
How do I get a chance to study at a university in Canada?
I work in the oil production company and I have practical experience, Can I get a job with the study in Canada?

You'll need to apply and be accepted by a Canadian university for a PhD program. Once you have been accepted, you will apply for a study permit. As part of the study permit process, you will have to demonstrate that you have sufficient funds to pay for your first year of tuition + $10K living expenses. It's possible some of the costs of your program may be covered by a scholarship - but it's also possible you may have to pay for everything on your own.

Studying in Canada does not guarantee you will get a good job in Canada
