if you are going to apply under spp,u need to wait for the rules................from the summarized rules for jan 2013 it says loans against fd are not accepted but, if it has no maturity date on it.this is unofficial

dude go ahead. New rules are coming from jan 2013.. till that you will be in Canada!!! so go ahead.. No ruleas are going to be change for jan 2013 session. before i read about new rules like NZ student visa. crap.. go ahead.. and get a loan and visa.. welcome to CANADA

because parliament of Canada is adjourned till end of september. Prime minister Harper is in north east coast.. anywayz it has nothing to do with it. It can be changed... but 100% sure no way..
