Study in Quebec while staying in Ontario

Hello, My brother will be attending a college in Montreal, classes can be scheduled mostly on weekends.. My question is can he stay with me in Toronto. While he is attending classes in Montreal? Does this impact his pgwp?

As long as he isn't getting a tuition discount for being in Quebec it should be fine. There isn't going to be much cost savings if you factor in weekly travel and staying in Montreal. There may be extra tutorials or group work that requires you to be Montreal. Travel in the winter may also be difficult since the weather is much worse in Montreal. If this is a budget I would really sit down and do some calculations. If your brother plans on getting a part-time job many of the jobs involve working on the weekends.
