Study in Quebec and Express Entry

Hi Everyone,

This is on behalf of my friend

My studies are going to complete in December. I have done a 2 year Under Graduate Diploma from Montreal and I wish to move to Ontario after that. Is it possible that I can apply under express entry if I work for 1 year in Ontario?

Also, is it recommended to go for CSQ or it's my choice if I wanna apply for Express Entry?

My preferred choice in Ontario but I have studies from Montreal.

You can apply under EE and settle in Ontario. If you get a job offer in Ontario, you can also apply under OINP
