Study in less than 6 months

Hi guys, I’m so confused with the line study in less than 6 months without a study permit, does it mean any program or it needs to be a pre requisite to a program that I wanted to take in the future that need a study permit?

I wanted to take a less than months french program then eventually jumped into 2 yr program for nursing and will apply for a study permit without leaving the country.

Is this French course a pre-requisite to the nursing program? What is current status in Canada? Does current permit allow you to study? Do an online French course and then apply for nursing program with LOA, PAL, funds and justification why you cannot take a nursing program in your own country. Not sure what French course has to do with nursing program.
