Study in culinery course after 10 year of gap ?

I am professionaly a chef from last 10 years now looking to get student visa in same field, will i be able to get visa after 10 year gap ?

A gap might not be an issue but as a professional chef how would you plan to show a culinary course improves your abilities on returning to your home country and why you need to come to Canada ?

My growth is stopped as i only hold hotel management degree, and i am struggling to get promotion as a chef in my own country. It will be beneficial for my career growth coming back to my country, pls suggest something which will be relevent and convincing.

Why canada - In india forieng education hold advantage and canada have good reputation in term of experience and education.
