Study in Canada

Hi, i have a friend making enquiries abt studying in Canada.
She had a Second Class Lower grade in Accounting.
Can she apply for masters in any canadian university or she will have to go through PGD first.
Also, if she can, which institutions are best for accounting and if it would have to be PGD, which institution would would be best for her accounting career.

Second class lower. Does she have at least 2-3 years of work experience? if she doesn't, she'll need to work abit. That will make up for the grade because a lot of Canadian universities require first class and second class upper. Most of the schools in Canada offer postgraduate programs in Accounting. You just have to check on google. Tuition fee, location, cost of living. These are things you should put into consideration before applying.
