Study Gap

hello,

Myself Garry, I have gap of 11 years in my study. I have 12th in 2002 and did my graduation in July 2013- May 2016. Can I have chances to go Canada. Also I got three time refusal for Canada on work permit basis, but i have experience certificates of my employment during my study gap. Please suggest me what I can or can't. also I scored in ielts 6.0 overall reading 5.5.

have you applied for the visa ? i am in similar situation but the gap is 3 years .
