Can i apply under spp with 15 months study gap? I'm working as an hr executive for 15 months after my graduation,someone told me work experience doesn't matter if you have study gap.

12th =63%
b.b.a(graduation) = 58%
15 months work experience after graduation in human resources
IELTS= overall 7 Bands(6.5 in reading,writing and speaking, 8.5 in listening)
i have one more question, my brother is going to mcgill university for m. engg. on 26 December. i want to know if a sibling's presence in Canada can affect my visa chances or not?

If hes going for study there, then YES!!
You have to consult a good Consultant.
And show proper funding, that can satisfy needs of both of you;

If applying under SPP then a big NO, Under SPP you dont have show any of the ITR's and J form. just follow SPP checklist. (You can attach Exp. Cert. which is not mentioned in checklsit). But Confirm it first that SPP is extended till the batch you opting for.

If under General, Then yes!! you have attach ITR's of sponsors of funding. If your funds are not sufficient then you can attach your sister's ITR* also!!
*Plz confirm!!

Its purely my suggestion, if you are going for a PG diploma there's no need of SOP. -If its your first time, (if you already has an rejection then SOP helps you in clarifying the points taken in refusal)
