passed high school/12th : 2012
did some volunteer work: 2013 (doesn’t have any certificate of that though)
admitted in a diploma program : 2014-2016(3 years) hospitality related course
wrote ielts in 2015: (6.5)
admitted in bachelor program : 2017 (continuing till now,completed two years, in korea) same course.
wants to transfer to New Brunswick uni to same program this fall and finish the course over there. probably will take 2/2.5 years there, assuming they’ll accept most of the credits.

Regarding the expied ielts, university has some policy that IELTS can waived if applocant has 3 years post-secondary level education taught in english.
He didn’t immediately admit into a bachelor program but instead did a diploma, is that a issue ?
What are chances for admission/visa approval? any advice/suggestion is mostly appreciated.
