Study gap of 7 years but working will there be an issue to get a student visa?

Hello guys
I'm 27 year old and my last education was a diploma in culinary arts back in 2011. After that I've been working with here and there in a same field , wanting to apply for a study visa ,will the gap be any problem to get a visa ?
