Below is my detailed profile.
10th : 89% in 2011
12th : 68% in 2013 with PCM from state board
Due to strong family chaos I did not opt for further education and,
I started working in a company is based on Team management/HR based on a recommendation. I have been working there till date. I have all documentation for the same including my ITR and Salaries in bank. as an undergraduate it is hard for me to get a raise.
My employer is supportive and wishes to support me in all the way for this case.
I have appeared for IELTS and have results of overall 7.0 (L: 8.0, R:6.0, W: 6.5, S: 6.5) in December 2018.
Now, as I come from HR background with 6 years of experience, I wish to opt for IBM or HRM programs.
As far as I know colleges dont mind giving the offer but real issues is getting Visa.
Here is how I am thinking to explain my case,
1) Opting for a program which is linked to my career
2) Reason behind choosing the program is because of growth in the industry as I said earlier I can not get sufficient raise because of not having a degree.
3) I can show strong incentives to come back to India as my employer is ready to provide me a letter confirming a higher position with better salary for me when I come back to India.
My mother is having health issues which is impossible for me to stay there permanently. My father have a government job and will be moving to other city as he is expected a transfer after 3 years so I will need to come back anyways to take care of my mother.
We have agricultural land, a shop and a house given on rent which I will need to manage after I come back to India. Plus, after my education in canada I will be opting for better job opportunities as my work experience is enough for me to get a job around in metro cities such as pune, mumbai or delhi.
My genuine intention is to come back to India not PR. the reasons I mentioned above are legit not madeup.
I can make a very good SOP for the same including all the information to convince the VO.
I am aware that the profile is very weak in getting a student visa with gap of 6 years as an undergraduate but let me know if it is possible somehow.
