Hi i am studying in canada from the last year may to this year march . I cleared my programe and now looking for next programe but due to increase in students i am not able to secure place in next intake which is in may and have to go for the intake in september so there is gap between my study is this effects me by any means. Please advice me as i already got acceptence letter for the next course in september.

Full-time or part-time course load during a regularly scheduled break
Students who are enrolled full time during the academic sessions before and after a regularly scheduled break and who decide to undertake a part-time or full-time course load during that regularly scheduled break are eligible to work off campus on a full-time basis. If a program of study does not provide for a regularly scheduled break and a student creates their own break in a program, it is considered as leave from studies, rather than as a regularly scheduled break. Students who create their own break in a program are not eligible to work on or off campus during that break.
Students who have completed a program of study and will be starting a new program of study within 150 days of receiving a written confirmation of program completion from their current institution
Students may work off campus on a full-time basis until the start of their new program if the following applies:
If the new program of study starts more than 150 calendar days after the first date they receive written confirmation of program completion from their current institution, the student is eligible to work off campus only during the first 150 consecutive days after the first date they receive written confirmation of program completion. They should then either apply to change their status (for instance, change it into visitor status) or leave Canada until their new program commences.
Students who have applied to extend their stay in Canada as a student are required to cease working if their study permit application is refused.

yeah that is my main concern right now my college visa and study permit adviser suggest me that after i get the completion letter i can work full time and after the period of 150 days i can go home and came back when my classes start
You can certainly go home and return in September as long as you have applied to extend study permit and your trv. You have to figure out when your date of course completion is and whether it is less than 150 days until your course starts in September. Most programs end in April or May and restart in September so would qualify to work based on the less than 150 days.
I have a course which is block style with no breaks so my course starts at may and end on 30 of march and on 14 of april i get the completion letter with my certificate. So if i took that into account that 150 days equal to roughly 5 months and from april to september its 5 months. So sir please can you suggest any solution and valid
march 30 is the date i get the completion letter online and the april 14 is tge date i get my certificate of completion.

So my official completion letter is dated 20 april that is the written confirmation i get for my programe completion and from 20 april to 4 of september first day of classes i calculated its exactly 138 days .
