study extension mail waiting time

So.. I got my letter saying that my study extension was approved on July 24th. They said they were going to send the documents via mail.. How long does it exactly take for the mail to arrive? And after I get it, are there any more steps or can I just fly back to Canada with the visa??

It can take upto one week, lesser or more than that. You have to wait patiently for it
