My next study will be next year, which is January 2019. And my student permit is still processing, if i recieve the student permit, so could able to stay for my next intake? And do i able to work as part/full time while waiting my school?

No you might even be questioned at the embassy for going very early but I'm kinda sure its gonna be given after attending to Sept intake

At first, my next intake was August 20 but my student permit havent arrive yet. So they move me to January 2019, and still put me in August 20. Idk what will happen next, btw i still waiting for my student permit. Hopefully they send me soon!

even if you are allowed entry, you can't work until your program commence
