My Canadian Study Permit application was recently refused. I applied online and have received the following reasons for rejection:
"You have not submitted written documentation from the educational institution where you intend to study that states that you have been accepted to study there.
• you submitted an offer of admission rather than a letter of acceptance...."
The letter I had submitted was provided to me by the University of Toronto and it is surprising that Immigration Services have rejected my application on these grounds. I intend to reapply ASAP and UofT has provided me a letter of explanation to use as supporting evidence this time. As for all other supporting documents, should I simply submit my previously submitted documents or will I have to make changes to those as well? I will be submitting new application forms but my parents' bank statements, Affidavit of support & their tax forms are the same. Should I print out new statements? As my parents are my sponsors, their bank statements (combined) total shows CAD 53,000--do you suggest that's sufficient? My Tuition is approx CAD 39,000.
When I am reapplying, do you suggest I include a personal statement including my reasons for reapplying or is that not necessary? I am reading different suggestions online so just want to make sure as I am extremely worried and want to avoid further delay/cost.
