Hello,
based on public policy students can work full-time.
I have two study permits now,
the first one issued on March 2020, and valid by mid-April 2023. So I can work full time with this one because issued before October 2022.
the extended one was issued on March 1, 2023, and expires on December 2023. I can not work with this one, since I applied for this one on Feb 2023.
So there is an overlap between my first and extended study permit. Can I work full-time until expiry of my first study permit, or have to stop since when my extended is issued?

Tricky question and not one that most people can answer. Consult an immigration consultant or lawyer if you want to be sure.
