Do you have relevant work experience within 10 years? Do you have a university degree? What are about language skills?

If you have all the above then yes you may qualify for Express Entry.

If you don't have any work experience and a university degree, then I suggest you gain them before applying.

I told you before that I haven't university degree because I am 17years old but I can speak English intermediate I gained it and I can work any thing with studying I can repair computers and I make some inventions like wireless submarines ,helicopter , planes ,wireless boats ect
I can work more one thing in Canada the thing which I want it is permanent residence there to me and my family my father works Marin engineer at maridive company
