1. Got admission at University of Winnipeg in August, 2015
2. Filed an application at Chandigarh VO on October 5, 2015.
3. Status: Passport has been forwarded to Chandigarh visa office on October 5, 2015.

I hope she gets her visa approved.

Depends on how strong your file is. You still got time and I believe there will be less files at this time as compared to November and December (Bcz there will be more winter files later on)

Current processing time is 3 weeks for Chandigarh.
