Anybody can be your sponsor provided the person has d required funds and is ready to give u all the documents u will need from him I.e statement of account, Letter of introduction explaining ur relationship, and his contact information and d prove of ur marriage and the support of ur husband. As regards ur baby, if, u have enough fund to support it I.e funds for ur upkeep and d baby, as well as nanny or baby care center. However, the success rate of ur visa application, all things been equal is 50/50. But if u want to increase d success rate to 75% and above, it is advisable u leave ur baby behind.
