I have received a mail from the Delhi high commission stating that there have been many students who want to start studying in Canada at the same time as you. Would request you to be patient. Also they have asked me to start familiarising with Canada with a few links been provided to me. It connects me with the news of Canada and the cic website.
Overall concern to write this to you is because I want to know that does it mean that I have been granted the student visa and they have given me a hint or something ? Kindly reply

Has it been one month since you applied? May be this is a monthly update. It means nothing. Just a regular email they send as routine.

I will complete a month next week. I was rejected the first time when I had applied , dint receive anything like this earlier.

OK. not sure why they wrote to you. Sometimes they do that. But this means nothing. Just a routine email.
