student visa to canada while entering u.s.a on K1 visa? is it possible?

I want to apply for student visa to concordia university montreal for undergraduate program while i'm in usa holding k1 visa. i wanna know is it possible? how long does it take to apply for that?

Is it possible for multiple sponsor for student visa?
My parent in my own country going to sponsor me as well as my uncle and brother staying in u.s.a are ok to sponsor me.
