Visa Applied Date: May 23rd
Visa Rej Date: Sep 29th
Visa Refusal Reason:
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by paragraph R216(1)(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/sor-2002-227/ section-216.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application.
GCMS Applied: Applied on 04th October and below is the response which I got last week.
Client is requesting a study permit to pursue a Transportation Logistics Attestation d'etudes collégiales (AEC) at LaSalle College. PA's history indicates completion of a Bachelor of Technology - Computer Science and Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University in 2008 and a Master of Science from Teesside University, Middlesbrough, England, in 2012 with employment experience as a Branch Manager at Victory Spoken English (2012-2015), Account Manager at Maven Staffing (2015), and Business owner of B a b a Medical and Surgicals. Considering the high cost of international study in Canada weighted against the local options available for similar studies, I am not satisfied that the pursuit of the chosen program at the AEC level can lead to an improvement in the applicant's business logistics at home to a degree that would offset the costs of studying abroad. On the balance of probabilities, I am not satisfied pursuit of the chosen program at such expense is reasonable. Weighing the factors in this application. I am not satisfied that the applicant will depart Canada at the end of the period authorized for their stay.
For the reasons above, I have refused this application.
Does Re-apply make any sense? If so can you prefer me what course would be really apt for me? Thank you.
