Hello,
My fiancee applied for the study visa in may 2018 and got rejected in June 2018. She was on the visitor visa and following were the reasons visa officer mentioned:
1. I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, based on your family ties in Canada and India. (She has her parents living in India)
2. I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, based on length of proposed stay in Canada. (MBA program 2 years)
3. I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, based on the employment situation. (Our agent asked us to put unemployed but she has not resigned yet but on holidays for 3 months as she is still BDM in Indian Local Software Company)
4. I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, based on the purpose of your visit.
She was on a visitor visa to attend the marriage of my cousin. She had applied for MBA in the University of Canada West for 2 years program but the visa was rejected. I have the following question:
1. If she has to apply again then can she apply for student visa in July from India as she is going back to India next week? Also, what are the chances that she will get her visa?
2. I will be done with my MBA next month and will be on work permit after that. If we both get court married here then I know she will get an open work permit and she will be able to work as long as I will have a work permit. My question is that will there be any issue in my PR if I apply for PR after getting married to her? Or will she face any issue in PR?
Please help!
Thanks,
Gagan
