Student visa reject because of language requirement.

I applied for a study permit but it was rejected because my IELTS was expired. Now I have re-taken the test and got 7 overall(writing 6). I am wondering if I have to change other documents as well for example my SOP. There was only one reason at the first time. It said I don't meet the English language requirement.

Now I am going to reapply in a couple of days with my updated IELTS. Will they completely review my profile again and give another reason again for rejecting?

I do not this is the real reason. When I applied they did not ask me to upload me IELTS results.
I believe that the IELTS is needed for the university not the cic

You can definitely get visa rejection for not providing language results even though its not explicitly mentioned as a requirement when applying online.

I got 7.5 in the IELTS, but because they did not ask about it I did not upload it. Do you think this would affect my application?

I have also applied with expired toefl...but its been 12 wk and its still in process....how much time did they take to reject ur application?? And when did your ielts expired??
