I started my application last August 17 and I was currently refused an application AUGUST 30, 2018 because of these factors:
purpose of visit
employment prospects in country of residence
current employment situation
personal assets and financial status
The Visa Officer says that he was not satisfied that I would leave Canada after the duration of my studies.
I also have a profile for express entry under the federal skilled worker program. Currently have 379 points only. This was mentioned on my application.
During my student application I did not include any documents about properties and business I have here in my home country of the Philippines as well as employment prospects after my studies since the consultant I worked with did not mention for me to include these.
I am thinking to include these documents when I re-apply to further support that I will be coming back to my home country after my studies. I may also include a job offer here in my home country after my studies. Since the company I am working with has promised me this as well.
I enrolled in Acsenda School of Management in Vancouver and have been given an acceptance letter for the Bachelors degree in Business Administration course. I have 9 years of experience in this field but I am a Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing here in the Philippines and am a registered nurse although I did not practice my nursing career at all. My experience is connected to the degree I enrolled for in Canada. The program in Canada will take 3 years to complete. I am 31 years old right now, married with 3 kids. I also have a sister in Vancouver all of this was mentioned during my application.
I am also thinking of getting the CAIPS/GCMS notes before re-applying.
Still hoping for an approval. Any other advise would be very helpful.
