I applied for the student visa on 2 Jan. and I got biometric confirmation on 6th January and on 7th jan morning i got refusal message.
Grounds for refusal:
· I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
I was completed my 10th in 2011 with 6.8 cgpa.
after that, i do 3-year diploma in computer science engineering 60%
and after that b.tech in same stream computer science engineering 74% 2018 pass out.
and I was working as a web developer from 2018
i got offer letter from Conestoga college for enterprise content management
I already attach CA report, my ITR and my father ITR property evaluation form 16 government job with salary 10 lakh per anum.
Band score overall 6.5 not less than 6.
please tell me solution how I overcome this refusal.
