Hi there,

did any one face these kinds of rejection reasons?

*I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.

is my aunt's wife is considered a tie in Canada ?

* I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.

I have a proved expenses that will cover me for the whole study and my apartment contract in my residence country as a proof of fund.

thanks in advance for who will reply.

The line "based on your family ties in Canada and your country of residence" is not just ties that you may have in Canada, it can also refer to weak ties that you have in your home country. It's a balance. If you have not demonstrated clear establishment of life at home, and have not provided any evidence of reasons why you would return home, then your family ties at home are not enough to make you go home.

How much funds and what kind of funds did you provide proof of?

Thanks for your reply,

Regarding my ties in Egypt, i didn't apply for my wife and kids and I still have my job, also my mom and sister are still in Egypt.
My elder brother is in UK, and I have another brother in Dubai.
I have mentioned that.

Regarding the proof of funds, I had 400k EGP, funded from my company and I have proved that with an HR letter and a guarantee letter, I also enclosed my pay slip.
Also my apartment contract with over 1 million and 500k EGP.

Do they need more than that ?

I also mentioned that my wife have an express entry, and it shows that her aunt is a canadia citizen.

Could this be a weak point ?

Yes, that will be a weak point because it looks like you're doing what you can to get into Canada to be with your wife. I assume she listed you as non-accompanying on her PR application?

It seems to me that your Express entry profile is the reason you were not approved for the permit. That profile shows IRCC that you want to go to Canada permanently Since your Express entry application may take some time it may appear as though you are trying to possible find a faster route to get into Canada.
