I wanted to attend to 9-month program in a English School at Toronto which I have received a Letter of Acceptance. I have applied for a Student Visa with providing every document requested. However, due to my all previous travels were work related, Visa Officer thought this person could not qualify a job at his own country (which is wrong, because you need certain experience to be allowed to work internationally) therefore, he/she refused. Afterwards, I applied for an USA visa for the first time as tourist which I got it. Now, I still want to go to this school, should I re-apply and point out my new USA visa? Or I could apply for a Tourist Visa than when I come to Canada, I might be able to apply for student visa again?
I would appreciate any suggestions.
