Student visa problem

Does anyone here know that are there any banks in Pakistan that offer student loans on temporary bases; like i only want a bank loan to satisfy immigration officer, and when i get the visa i will give them the loan back(off-course with their due fees).
( P.S i can show my property papers for loan)

Yes, you can avail a loan, and you can cancel it as soon as you get your visa approved, but you have to pay a Pre-closure penalty, which would be a negligible amount.

when u put a loan application you first get a loan sanction letter, which you submit in the visa file...

the actual loan amount , you will get only when u ask the bank to disburse it..so,once ur done with ur visa you can ask the bank to cancel the loan, they will do it with little charges..there is no need to actually take the loan money from the bank and then return it after your visa

Gufran no one can give you its a difficult procedure for a person.
But I know another way. All banks have some inverstors they can give you money on interest basis. You have to speak a bank manager where you have account and tell him u are applying for visa and u have to show real money. If manager does not know then ask other people inside the bank.

It is doable I have known many people did this way.

Can you tell that negligible amount? Like less 2% of original amount?

Will this sanction letter have a similar affect as a loan letter? Is this sanction letter policy applied by every bank or any specific bank?

Yes i know that procedure, a bank told me about this... but i think this procedure is called running finance..
Is that true?
because RF is not advisable for Pakistani applicants applying to Canada.
