Student visa non sds

I submitted my student visa on the 16th of April. Gave my biometrics on 26th April. Medicals got updated on 26th May and recieved my BVL on 3rd June. I have not received any other message or update from the ircc.
How long will it take since I'm waiting for September intake.
What are my chances for PPR before my intake.

It had started after the biometrics was submitted. Now it says we are processing your application.
