Hey :)

My inquiry is related to Studying in a Canadian University

I have bank statments but im not sure if that is enough because. I have 17,459.29 in deposits and 17,458.22 in withdrawl (offcourse in canadian dollars) my uni costs around $18500. So are my bank statments enough to get me the visa as i have acceptance. (i live in Saudi arabia)

You can try but you need to show 10000Cad+ tuition of first year.
Study visa is a straitgh forward process , if you dont fullfill the requirements they will deny the visa.
I think you can simply add the money that it's missing , and apply wothouth hesitation , It doesnt matter if the difference doesnt have 4 months in the bank.

your bank statement comes out to be :

1st year fee + 1st year living expenses + travel expenses

18,500 $ + 10000 $ + 3000 $ = 31,500 $

So, these are the minimum funds for you to be eligible to apply for canadian study permit ....
