Hello All, I'm having an ICT and came to canada on that with family. I have a US born kid and I didnt apply any visa while travelling as she is US born thinking she can enter here without any visa. Since she is 6 years old, we sent her school but applied for a student visa as school demands that, Now its been more than 10 weeks since I applied and no reply from IRCC.
What Can I do to make her stay here if any negative reply from IRCC ? Do you know why its taking this long to get the status from IRCC? Please advise
