Student visa / Express entry doubt

I have already applied for Express entry and my application is in CiC. I have not received ITA yet. As the cut-off score for EE is quite high, I have also been exploring study options. Would really appreciate some clarifications from you guys(incase you are aware abt these) -
1. Can I apply for colleges/ universities while my application is still in CIC ?
2. Incase I receive an acceptance letter from any college/ university and I withdraw my profile of EE post that, would i face any issues for my student visa ?
3. Is there any rule of gap timeframe between 2 applications for EE ?

1. Yes, you can apply to universities and colleges. Note that you do not have an application with CIC at this time. You have submitted an Express Entry profile. This is not the same thing as an application. You won't submit an application until after you have received ITA.
2. There is no need to withdraw your EE profile.
3. No rule.
